1.REGISTRATION :


Pull out the REGISTRATION FORM attached to the last page of this prospectus. Fill it carefully and accurately(School will not responsible for any mistake in filled form) and submit in the school office by the last notified date,

2. DOCUMENTS:


All other original certificates will be returned after attestation. IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS Attach original certificates as well as their photocopies (Birth and Transfer Certificate to be in original)
a. Date of Birth Certificate
b. Statement of Marks (DMC) of previous class.
c. Transfer Certificate
d. Character Certificate
e. Four Passport size recent colored photographs.
f. Blood test report.

3.ADMISSION TEST :


a) Candidates seeking admission to Baba Gandha Singh Public School in any class will have to appear and clear an admission test.
b) The test will be in subjects of English, Science,and Maths.
c) School reserves the right to test the child in other subjects too, if needed.

4.TEST RESULT :


Admission test result will be put on the notice board on a specified-date. No postal or telephonic information in this regard may be expected.

5. FEE


Parents/Guardians of selected candidates will have to deposit the fee at the accounts counter.

SPECIAL NOTE


Admission is granted on merit basis and is subjected to availability of the seats and it is the sole authority of the management to grant or not the admission to any student.

  • Right Of Admission & Re-admission Is Reserved
  • Any School Fee Once Paid Is Non-refundable
  • Monthly Transport Fee Will Be Increased Minimum Rs.100/- For All Students Per Year.
  • Bounced cheque will be fined Rs 280/-
  • No Extra Charges for local Bank cheque
  • Rs.50/- will be charged extra to deposit fee with outside bank cheque from Patti Veer Singh, Barnala Bajakhana Road, Bhadaur
  • Fee Must Be Deposited Upto 10th Of Every Month by cheque or cash. Otherwise late fee fine will be charged Rs.100/- per month.
  • Fee Packages Will Be Increased By 8% every year.
WITHDRAWAL

Parents who wish to withdraw their child must notify the Principal in writing, of their intention at least one month prior to the withdrawal of the pupil. Those who are leaving after the academic session should inform in the month of February or fee for the first quarter will have to be paid.
